Inter-Citic Mineral Technologies Inc. today announced that 2,333,500 warrants have been exercised at $0.85 for total proceeds of $1,983,475.00.

The Company also announced that, pursuant to agreements previously entered into, the Company has today issued 400,000 options to a consultant at an issue price of $0.72. The options shall be available for a five-year period and are subject to various vesting provisions. The Company has also issued 200,000 options to a Director and 100,000 options to an employee. All such options shall have an exercise price of $0.72 and are to be available for a five-year period.

Inter-Citic's shares trade on the Canadian Venture Exchange under the symbol ICI.
