James MooreJames J. Moore
President & CEO

Possessing an entrepreneurial nature, Mr. Moore has spent more than fifteen years of his career working in international businesses all of which have been directly and exclusively involved in post-communist era markets.

Since 1997 Mr. Moore has worked closely with the Hong Kong based investor groups who have supported Inter-Citic. An important part of his work has been focusing on developing key relationships within the mineral industry in China. With direct experience that spans more than a decade, he has witnessed first-hand the continuing evolution of China's mining industry as well as becoming well accustomed to dealing with the subtleties and nuances of the Chinese business culture. Over the past ten years he has visited the People's Republic of China on business on over 50 occasions. Mr. Moore is credited with assembling the Inter-Citic team and maintaining the company's successful focus on the China mineral industry, and more particularly the Dachang Gold Project.

Prior to his work in China, Mr. Moore held the position of Vice-President, Finance and Operations of the Klon Group of companies. The Klon Group was a very successful start-up oil-trading group with offices in Toronto, Boston and Moscow, controlled by citizens of the former Soviet Union who were operating at the forefront of the Perestroika reform movement. In each of the four years Mr. Moore was with The Klon Group the company had profitable operations with revenue in excess of US$100 million.

In addition to the above, Mr. Moore is a Past President of Toronto's Ontario Club, and has the distinction of being the youngest person ever to hold the highest office of the prestigious 100-year-old business and social club. Mr. Moore is married with three children and resides in the Greater Toronto Area.

Lou PasubioLou Pasubio, C.A.
Vice President, China and CFO

Mr. Pasubio is the CFO of the Company and has executed the responsibilities of that position for the past eight years. He works closely with the CEO in all phases of strategic planning associated with Inter-Citic's business development initiatives.

As VP China, Mr. Pasubio is responsible for the implementation of all China Joint-Venture contracts as well as managing all ongoing business affairs between Inter-Citic and its China based partners and suppliers. In this regard, Mr. Pasubio's role is to ensure that Inter-Citic's field team and geological professionals are able to focus exclusively on the technical challenges of their projects and execution of day to day exploration field work without distraction. Mr. Pasubio spends a significant portion of his time in China dealing with the company's business affairs.

Mr. Pasubio has been a Chartered Accountant for more than twelve years. After four years with the public accounting firm of Arthur Andersen, LLP, followed by four years in independent public practice, Mr. Pasubio left Canada for the Turks & Caicos Islands in 1998 to help establish a construction and development firm specializing in custom designed homes and structures utilizing ultra-modern building technologies. Within two years, several dozen high profile structures were completed and the business expanded into commercial real estate development and supply chain management for the local construction industry.

Stephen LautensStephen Lautens, B.A., LL.B.
Vice President, Corporate Communications
General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

Mr. Lautens is responsible for investor relations and communications for Inter-Citic, as well as regulatory compliance. He has an extensive background in communications, business and law. For the past ten years Mr. Lautens has provided communications and strategic management advice to a wide variety of large corporations, governmental bodies and the not for profit sector. Mr. Lautens worked previously with Inter-Citic, including acting as an advisor on a mining-related technology project in China and as part of the Team Canada international trade delegation that accompanied the Canadian Prime Minister to Beijing and Shanghai in February 2001.

Mr. Lautens is a lawyer who was called to the Bar in 1988. Before leaving for a career in business in 1998, he had his own law practice for ten years. In 1997 he served as president of Toronto's prestigious Lawyers Club. Prior to the practice of law, Mr. Lautens worked for two years as a Special Assistant to a federal Cabinet Minister in Ottawa, Canada, where his responsibilities included communications, policy, speech writing and cabinet briefings for the Minister.

He also currently writes a weekly comment column for Canada's Sun Media Group, published western Canada. His articles have also appeared in the Toronto Star and the Globe and Mail, and as a regular feature in The National Post, The London Free Press and Toronto Sun. He served two terms as president of the Toronto Press Club and for seven years as a Governor of The National Newspaper Awards. He is also a past President of the Ontario Club and in 2008 was made a Freeman of the City of London.

Garth PierceGarth A. Pierce
Vice President, Exploration

Mr. Pierce is a geologist with more than thirty years of exploration and project management experience, including 17 years with Noranda. He played a significant role in Noranda's 1982 Hemlo acquisition and development as well as Hemlo Gold's 1989 Eagle River gold discovery.

Mr. Pierce left the Noranda Group in 1993. He spent much of the next ten years active in evaluating gold and diamond prospects in the Canadian Shield. In addition to his work on Canadian precious and base metal deposits, Mr. Pierce has also managed advanced gold projects in the United States and Norway.

For the past five years Mr. Pierce has directed the Company's exploration at Dachang.

Malcolm SwallowMalcolm Swallow, P.Eng, FIMMM, C.Eng.
Vice President, Development

Mr. Swallow is a senior mining industry professional with over thirty five years of operations and project management experience in the mining industry, principally concentrating on the evaluation, development, construction and operation of underground and open pit mines and their associated plants and infrastructure. He was the Project Manager for Imperial Metals Corporation's Flagship Mount Polley Mine, directing the build team on all aspects of the $125 million construction of a 19,000 metric tonne per day open pit gold copper mine, which was constructed 4 months ahead of schedule and 10% under budget. Mr. Swallow has extensive experience in the evaluation and development of operations from green field sites through planning, permitting, feasibility and financing, to construction and then into production. Most recent experience includes the construction of large scale open pit operations, planning, permitting, control of shaft sinkers, contractors, consultants, metallurgical test work, government and bank negotiation, and all other work involved in mine management and corporate development.

Malcolm Swallow received his B.Sc. (Hons.) Mining Engineering in 1972. He is an Associate of the Royal School Mines, a Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining, a Chartered Engineer (UK), a European Engineer and a Professional Engineer (British Columbia). Mr. Swallow has also been a member of the Inter-Citic board since 2007.
